fast check in and check out process, very strategic location on the right and left there are places to eat and across from there is PIM mall. the room is quite big, there is AC, hot water, wardrobe, table and bathtub.

Please fix the water, which is the most important thing in my opinion. The water condition is very small, on average all the water rooms are small.

I'm not comfortable with the atmosphere, whether this is one of the senior hotels, I don't know. For the location is very strategic.

the hotel is old, including the equipment.. the electrical plugs are already loose so it is quite dangerous for children.. fix the less.. the room boy/girl should be more aware. the breakfast choices are not varied, it seems like the quality of this hotel is getting worse.. the price does not match what you get.

overall everything is ok with affordable price, the facilities provided are very sufficient, breakfast is also provided security is also ok, we checked in at 12 midnight, also polite in receiving guests good lah... the only thing lacking is unstable hot water, but that is not a problem because the price given is affordable

The location of Duta Hotel is strategic and easy to reach. Its location is in the middle of Palembang city. The room is quite spacious so it doesn't feel too cold because I can't stand the cold. 😀 The room price is quite affordable
