It's hard to park because there are lots of restaurants

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful during check in. Close to McD and Brasserie Roti and Pempek Candy.

Always comfortable in Anugrah, even though it seems a bit old, but it is well maintained and comfortable

The hotel's location is quite strategic, especially if there is a need at the Charitas Hospital. The drawbacks are that the lighting in the room is very lacking and the AC is not cold enough, maybe only 1/2 pk. The breakfast tastes ordinary and the fried chicken is hard.
