I came to the hotel at 4pm, travel by car from Temanggung and it was so tired yet the room was not ready. Once its ready, they gave us wrong room, smaller than what we booked. And then they change the room into the room we’re booked. I don’t know why it is happened, but for me, it’s not a good hospitality services… Other than that, quite nice… location are close to the mall and Gudeg Sagan (our favorite)…. Wifi connection also quite good.

Everything is okay... Close to everywhere... There are many interesting things around too...

the hotel staff is very friendly from the security guard, reception to the OB, very welcome. have been back and forth to this hotel 3 times, it is quiet and comfortable. recommended for families, thanks h boutique, I will come back here again 🥰🥰🥰

The hotel room is like an old building that has not been renovated, there are many yellow stains on the mattress and towels and the toilet is a bit dirty. The food is very less varied, there is only 1 choice of side dish other than the request for eggs. The room is not very soundproof.

The staff are friendly, the service is okay, all were given a room with a balcony, the room is clean, only a few towels are dirty. Other than that, everything is okay and comfortable.

A hotel in the center of Jogja city located near the Mall, culinary places and famous hospitals, also near UGM Campus. Minimalist rooms with quite complete facilities!

clean and spacious room. the bed is comfortable, not sagging, the sheets and towels are also clean. for the double bed room, the TV channels are only local TV (no cable TV). but it doesn't matter because you only need to rest comfortably after being tired of going around Jogya. rarely can you sleep well in a hotel on the first night, but at J Boutique Hotel you CAN sleep soundly until morning👏👏 Thank you for your service. may you always be successful.

Fast check-in and check-out process, friendly and polite staff. Clean and spacious room. Interestingly, there is a koi pond in the hotel restaurant, we even had time to feed the fish with fish food provided by the staff. Next time we go to Yogya, we will come back again. Thank you h boutique hotel.

We deliberately booked a long time ago to get a connecting room. But when the day of check in arrived, we couldn't get it because there was a tour. The next day we were given one but still not a connecting room. What I regret is that the front office seemed to have no cooperation from the previous shift to the next shift. Because when we were going to pick up the key at the new shift (at that time our room was forced to be moved again on the grounds that there was another tour! While it was clear that we were staying 3 nights with 1 extension that was informed at the beginning of our check in) we went back to the new shift who asked us again. FYI, unfortunately I didn't have time to take a picture. The FO was busy watching / playing games at his desk. What made us even more disappointed was that we had to take the key that was given (usually given with 2 keys along with passwords etc.). Long story short, hopefully the service and system can be improved and also the cleanliness (stains on the bed sheet that made it uncomfortable). Bringing guests who were new to Jogja was frankly a disappointing stay experience.

first time staying here, because I was looking for a location close to GSP UGM. the room is okay, not too narrow (standard type). the size of the bed is also quite wide for the twin bed type. comfortable though. the bathroom is clean, always cleaned. and tidied up by the staff (even though they forgot to give a sign). oh yeah, you can also borrow an iron here. because I needed to iron my headscarf so I borrowed it yesterday, it turned out that I was lent the ironing board too. very good. the hallway to the room even at night is not dark. it's still bright maybe because the lighting and bright tiles so it's not that scary. but maybe for breakfast, the variety of food for children is lacking and some of the food flavors are also lacking. oh yeah, just a suggestion, for the chicken porridge, don't cook it with too much water because it will be runny when you want to eat it. but overall it's okay, the price is also friendly

Hotel staff (Ms. Dea), super friendly, kind and very patient in dealing with us who are super complicated and have lots of demands.
