Always love staycation at Claro

Clean room Spacious, has a work desk Not noisy, so sleep is good Coincidentally There are 2 events (children's event and wedding) in the ballroom, so we stayed overnight at the same time Great facilities The kids had time to swim, I had time to go to the gym The food is also delicious, quite complete

This is definitely my third time staying here and it is very satisfying, from the food, swimming pool, bed and bathroom are definitely very clean, especially the service because I have a lot of stuff when I want to check out, I just call the receptionist and ask the staff to bring a trolley to the room, it doesn't take long for them to come and help me to the lobby, when ordering food I thought the taste was ordinary but my child really likes it. Thank you for your maximum service.

Even though 1 night is quite satisfying, why is it that if we book a room through Traveloka, we can't change rooms if we complain? It's surprising.

Room 9999 was the best place during my stay at Claro hotel.

All excellent, only restaurant during breakfast time all empty and manager restoran not fast response. Waiting standing 30 minutes to refill the stall. Not nice service.

it feels like staying in a 2-star hotel.. some of the walls in the room are moldy so my child's allergies flare up. the food is also less varied, not the same as before👎 even though the service and facilities used to be good..why is it like this now.
