friendly staff. Could be one of the favorite hotel choices because it is in the same area as JP2 so you can enjoy the sunset in the JP 2 yard. Although the night atmosphere is krik krik krik but it is unique 😂 if you want to get a walking table during breakfast, come at 7 o'clock, because the dining area is already queuing even though it hasn't opened yet.

Friendly staff, requested a room with a zoo view but the animals were not visible huhu. Cleanliness is sufficient. Some furniture needs to be updated to make it more comfortable. So far, the price and facilities are quite satisfactory. For those who have children and the goal is to go to Jatim Park, it is a MUST to stay here. What's even better is that the Jatim Park ticket is valid for 2 days. So don't rush. Because going to JP2 is not enough in one day.

the hotel and service are all okay

one of the best family hotels in Batu. Very suitable for those who have toddlers because it can provide an experience close to fauna. although the food menu is so-so but the children are very happy to see the animals up close. Room with natural atmosphere, wallpaper and large plants, going out on the balcony of the room you are treated to a magnificent hill with mist, under the balcony there are cages that can be seen from above such as leopards, sun bears, otters, proboscis monkeys.

the breakfast is delicious, you can see the animals. and one of the advantages of staying here if you want to play at jatimpark 2, the ticket is valid for 2 days.

First Time and I will remember this best moment because of the sensation of having breakfast with animals, heean can get 2x entry to JP 2. It's really WORTH IT. If we already have children, next time we will bring them here too, they will definitely be very happy. Room service is okay, the room view is really okay. It's just a shame that the TV should have been smart so that we can do child Netflix, hehehe

Every time I have the chance to go to Batu Malang and Jatim Park 2, I always want to stay at Pohon Inn. In addition to easy access, there are many interesting experiences.

Take your kids on vacation to Jatimpark 2, while staying at Pohon Inn which is very close. Arrive at 9 am, store your stuff while waiting for check-in time, then you can go around Jatimpark 2. After getting tired of going around, go to your room, clean up, and rest. Recommended for those who want to go around Jatimpark 2, with access in and out. Note that the bracelet must not be removed so that you can re-enter the next day.

Staying here is indeed kids friendly.

It's really cool 24 hours, the sound of animals sounds beautiful, like sleeping in the forest, really satisfying... for introverts like us, it's suitable to stay here, coincidentally the air in Batu city is cool, next time we'll come back again
