The rooms are spacious. Good service. Unlimited tea & coffee in the lobby. Clean. Comfortable. Strong wifi.

Kamarnya luas, bersih, berkarpet dan kamar mandi pun bersih. Ada air panasnya. Letak hotel pun di depan jalan raya sangat mudah dijangkau.

Hotel facilities and rooms are very good clean and sterile provided plenty of sinks and handsanitizers in the hotel lobby, satisfying breakfast with a buffet menu, location in the middle of the city close to tourist sites and access everywhere is very easy, many cafes and food stalls around the hotel, the service is very friendly, there is free wifi and drinks in the lobby. As for the room, it is clean and smells nice, the bathroom is very clean and comfortable, the air conditioner in the room also works well and is very cold, the pillow covers and sheets are in good condition and clean. I recommend for friends who are on work assignments or with family to Bontang, to stay here. This is a recommended sharia hotel in the city of Bontang.

I use a family room. There are 2 king size beds, suitable for those who bring children. The room is clean, smell good. But unfortunately the air conditioner was not cold and there was a pair of pillows and bolsters that were so hard that it made my neck ache. Even though breakfast only has 1 choice, it tastes good. Free coffee and tea are also available in the dining room. Overall good service.

I ordered 1 family room (porg) and 1 standard room (2 people). In the family room only 1 toothbrush and two towels are available while in the standard room there are 2 towels without toothbrushes. When I asked for a toothbrush for the hotel staff, I said my toothbrush was used up, my husband was directed to buy it from Indomaret not far from the hotel. It was not a problem to buy Indomaret but because it was closed and other shops around the hotel were closed, because it was the first day Hopefully in the future it can be well prepared.
