We stayed for 1 night in 2 suite rooms, but one room had hot AC and a clogged toilet. We were moved to another room, but the AC was still hot. We reported it to the staff, who said they would refill the freon, but they didn't. We ended up sleeping in a hot and smelly room. Additional towels cost Rp50,000, borrowing a spoon cost Rp25,000, and hand towels were not available in the room. Asking for additional tissues was given in a black plastic bag like a grocery store. Requesting a fried egg for breakfast was told it wasn't included. There was no phone in the room to contact the staff.

The location is cool if you want to play on the beach, walk.

The beach was comfortable and clean, but the rooms were a bit uncomfortable because they were located at the back. The building itself wasn't very well-maintained, as it was older. The view was also limited by large trees and rocks, making it a bit intimidating. Hopefully, next time you'll get a beach view.

Easy check-in, got room number 134 with a promo price of ±375k, a deluxe garden view room variant, got a double bed, cool AC, TV, drinking water heater, hot & cold shower, refrigerator. Highly recommended for family vacations, there is also a swimming pool for adults and children. The breakfast menu is also delicious, with various variations. Don't hesitate to stay and vacation here.

The Deluxe Garden View room was incredibly filthy: the bed sagged, the toilet reeked of rat urine, the Wi-Fi was spotty, and the TV kept buffering. I chose this room because it said it had a bathtub, but it turned out to be just luck. It shouldn't have even advertised a bathtub.

Sorry, but the AC in my room isn't working properly, so it's really hot. Other than that, it's safe.

Many of the facilities in the room were damaged, the TV didn't work, the bathtub faucet was broken, the hair dryer was broken, and the Wi-Fi network didn't reach the room.
