The price is expensive but the facilities according to the order do not exist. The dirty swimming pool cannot be used, the cafe does not exist. Very ugly.

The hotel is nice. The best part is the location. It's very strategic right next to the city center. Plenty of local food within a walking distance. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. I think because of the pandemic, there were much fewer visitors. I saw some parts of the hotel were not well-maintained, for example, the swimming pool. I hope as the pandemic situation improves, there will be more guests and the quality of the hotel could be improved as well.

A nice clean hotel with simple rooms, and classy decor. Constructed from three buildings from different eras of Belitung mining - read the history in the folder in your room. Centrally located just off the main (only) roundabout in the main town on Tanjung Pandan. Good service, clean, and well priced. Reception can help you arrange island hopping, and other, tours. Is part of the group which owns Billiton Eco-Tent so you can visit this private resort for meals or to use the beach.

Cozy vintage hotel hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, like your own home. Staff are friendly, rooms are cleaned every day. delicious breakfast menu. It is located in the city center, near the Batu Satam monument, not far from the hotel, we can find a mini market, Kong Djie coffee shop and Atep Noodle. Guests can enjoy culinary tours around the hotel.

Comfortable hotel in the middle of the city, close to everywhere, comfortable and spacious rooms. There are nuances of the past but are packaged in a modern way. Delicious food, only my suggestion might be to increase the variety of food, so that if there are those who stay for a few days not bored with the same menu, overall, nice stay. Recommended to stay while in Belitung.

Was not able to watch almost all the tv channels due to poor quality pictures and sound. There was only a single waiter who worked in the restaurant with all around jobs including taking order, room servicing and preparing drinks.

This is my third stay in this property. I always love the serenity as there are only less than 20 rooms, and all overlooking the pool and garden. Although it is not ocean faced property, location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Tanjung Pandan, and you can walk to many places. The staff was courteous and efficient. Food is good as well. Room is big, bed is huge. Recommended!

It was great since the moment I stepped into the hotel. Front office officer was friendly and helpful, the restaurant servers were very nice, the bedroom was clean, food was great! The hotel is located in the city center, that's why it's really convenient. Had a wonderful stay at the Billiton!

Feels like home, comfortable and strategic location.

Receptionist never available. No room service past midnight. Breakfast options are dismally limited. Only fried rice, fried chicken and noodles. Located away from most sites. Not a vacation hotel, more like for business travelers. Quiet surrounding, good if you want to avoid crowd. Electricity cut off twice while we were there. Restaurant food was also very limited. Polite staff. I won’t go back again. Overpriced.

Fun, many can explore in his hotel. Culinary nearby, the pool less clean water.

The hotel is new which is located in center of the town, the waiter is helpful. But the breakfast is too simple, not many choices, about 10 minutes from hotel to beach.

The rooms are clean the maids are friendly and are in the middle of town.

All staffs are friendly, super clean, super comfy, spacious room. Delicious breakfast, and they also provide free afternoon tea. Really enjoyed our stay at Billiton, feels like home. My 1,5 years old daughter also like the swimming pool, and can feed turtles and fishes near the FO area. Good job!

Two words that I think are right for this hotel, cozy and homey. Comfortable hotel with a very thick home feel. With a mix of past and minimalist interiors, a hotel with a number of rooms under 30 and friendly staff is a plus for me. Not too crowded and busy. It's in the center of Belitung, you can walk to Mie Atep and reflexology place. Depinitely will come back when we visit Belitung.

Good ambience! Great Services! Everything was perfect. Didn't feel like it was only 3 stars hotel, felt like 4 or more. The decoration makes the hotel super instagramable, the room was big with great wifi. Staff were polite and very handy. Located in the center of city made it easier to find foods, supermarket, & even cafe. Something to improve maybe add more TV channels. Will stay in here for next trip & recommend to my friends & family
