I've stayed here several times. Overall, everything is fine. The location is great, the room is comfortable, and the location is very strategic. Unfortunately, this room smelled really bad. The smell of a ditch, maybe a septic tank, came from the bathroom, and the whole room smelled bad, making it hard to sleep. I hope the hotel management finds a solution soon. Don't sell this room until this unpleasant odor is resolved. Don't let this room traumatize first-time customers. God willing, I will return again, but I will make sure to check the room first 😭

Disappointed, I came for breakfast at 9 am while the breakfast deadline was 10 am. But everything was gone including the milk. When asked if there was no refill, he said the milk was out. There shouldn't be any food that's completely empty until the 10 am deadline.

Cold AC, spacious room enough for 2 people, comfortable bed, pillows are not clean, towels are not clean white. What I don't like: even though the room type is upgraded, the room is not soundproof, conversations in the room can be heard clearly outside, conversations of people outside the room can also be heard, got a room in front of the storage warehouse so it was a bit noisy when the hotel staff were working. Clean water, fragrant soap shampoo, fast water. Breakfast is quite delicious and varied. Note: I recommend this hotel for business and family trips. Not suitable for staycations.

This is the first time I'm disappointed. I usually stay here and I'm always satisfied. It seems like this hotel is also being downsized. There's no hair dryer, the remote and AC batteries have to be replaced, the bathroom smells, the room smells, there's only one trash can, and the closet is really bad. I stayed in room 208. I'm usually satisfied with the other rooms.
