Very pleasant stay at KU Villas, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very helpful and informative and the environment is very comfortable and quiet.

Nice, with private pool inside. Sarapan pagi juga enak banget sayang banget kolam renang under maintenance. Keseluruhan semua oke staff ramah semua.

Pertama ke Lombok langsung ambil penginaan di sini, nyaman banget, dapat yang private pool, di aplilasi tidak dengan sarapan, terapi dikasih sarapan dan menunya enak, but not Indonesian food.

From the good receptionist service, the location of the alley is narrow. Standard rooms and facilities, the cleanliness of the hotel environment is good. The room cleaning staff needs to be retrained because it is impolite to clean the room in the afternoon when guests are outside without guest approval and guests have only arrived 1-2 hours. Should clean the room next day or at guest's request.

A stayed in their two-bedroom villa with a private pool. It was lovely, although there was a minor problem with check-in time, the staffs handle it wisely, and even gave us complimentary as a token of apology (so thoughtful). The staffs named Herman, Nana, and Ivan were all friendly, nice and helpful even when it was nighttime. They don't provide a TV (which is not a problem for us), so for people who love entertainment, you might wanna bring your own devices. Great place and hospitality, if there is a chance would love to come back again someday ♡

It turned out that the location was closed because it had been hit by a flood ... which is the problem why there was no notification via Traveloka or phone ... and I had to find another hotel that night ... waiting for a refund ...

Thank God I didn't choose the wrong accommodation while in Kuta, Lombok. This inn has a minimalist villa concept. The room area is standard but really impressive, because there is a small garden inside which is also used as a bathroom. All employees are friendly and excited to welcome us. swimming pool, public kitchen and parking space add to the plus points, I am very grateful for the internet facilities. download speed up to 50mbps! Wifi is no problem. however, the bathroom facilities need to be improved. Like flush toilets and stagnant water on the bathroom floor, would I like to stay over again? the answer is yes!

Suitable for holidays, the atmosphere is calm, close to the crowds of Kuta, Lombok. clean.

The most comfortable villa for a vacation with family.

The villa is really cool, clean, the staff was so great, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those of you who want to explore the beaches around Kuta but want to stay too.

Super comfortable, the room is really good, the mattress is really comfortable and really after a day of exploring Lombok can rest with proper 😁, the most cool can be 2 large pillows and 1 small pillow. The bathroom is suitable, the breakfast is delicious although the menu is not much clean, the atmosphere is so cool it makes me not want to go home. The location is quite good near to cafes, Kuta beach, quite easy to find food around the villa. The receptionist and all staff are very friendly. Here also provides motorbike / car rental so it is very easy for guests to not bother looking around anymore. Thank you so much, If you go to Lombok again, you will return to stay at the Nyale bau villa

Lots of mosquitoes, old air conditioner is cold, bathroom is not clean

During our stay we were greeted nicely and friendly. However the air condition unit in the 2 rooms we rented were so noisy, and the shower in one of the rooms was not working properly. The room was decent but had a strange smell (like wet socks).

This is my 4th time staying at Vila Baunyale. Strategic location, close to crowds such as restaurants and beaches. However, if we are lazy to travel and just want to relax in the villa, they provide massages and also restaurants with typical Thai-food. Each room has a terrace and outdoor shower.

Good lodging concept but very unfortunate cleanliness is not maintained, very dirty, dirty rooms, dirty restaurants, parks and plants falling apart. This inn has the concept of not using bottled drinking water as usual, but provided drinking water in glass and glass bottles, but unfortunately the glass provided is dirty so it cannot be used. Even a room for 2 people is only provided 1 glass only. What makes it comfortable there is the excellent service, breakfast by choosing one from the menu tastes pretty good. I also tried the spa at this inn, really very disappointing. The price is expensive but really the spa at this inn is the most unpleasant spa and I do not recommend to try.

Wonderful place to stay. Strategic location - close to the central areas yet quiet. Friendly staffs & excellent facilities! Worth the value :)

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the price is five-star five-star taste.

It was a pleasant experience staying in Villa Bau Nyale. Located in local neighborhood, away from the busy streets of Kuta, I find it very calming while of course it’s not too far from the main street where you can find many good restaurants, so it’s just perfect for me. The bathroom was the highlight because it was nice that I could take a shower underneath the moonlight and stars. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful too, they offer around 6 choices of food in which they cooked right after we order. There were many spot to relax in the swimming pool area as well. I also love the fact that they provide water in a glass bottle rather than plastic bottle, since you know it shows they care about the environment. But, the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work well, also the telephone is out of order and it’s just lay there. For a couple of times, I also couldn’t find anyone in the receptionist so I had to wait or even came back later. Overall the good things outnumbered the bad ones though.

Breakfast cannot be delivered to the room on the grounds that guests are busy.

Staff friendly, good food, smelly shower water. Jalan Masui goes to a narrow villa, lots of cats, less cold air conditioning.
