Clean, fragrant room, good service and definitely cold

We immediately looked for a place to stay from Bromo and this hotel was recommended because it was easy to access because it was on the main road of Bromo. For a low budget price with the facilities available, it was worth it. For breakfast, it wasn't a buffet but by request, all the food was quite delicious.

Wasn't expecting such a nice cottage with a low price and the service is excellent. If you come to visit Bromo, they also have jeep rental service, no worries.

Staying at the farmer's palace, bringing 2 children, still wearing their two chargers.

Alhamdulillah, even though it was only 1 night, the experience of staying here was very comfortable. Family friendly, thank you staff

Enough for the budget of the mendang mendang, best value, good service, complaints are served friendly. cleanliness, adequate room facilities. Breakfast is sufficient. Minus warm / hot water for bathing only midnight / early morning until 5 o'clock, Besides this it is cold & the distance to Bromo is still 15km / 30 minutes

The old building is a bit scary and poorly maintained.

the receptionists are not friendly, they don't smile, if they want to smile, they first enter the room and are happy with the atmosphere, but 1. the TV can't turn on (I'm the one who can't turn it on, right) 2. the property of the lamp is not important because there is no bulb, so what are you packing.. 3. the water is not hot (it's so cold where to bring a toddler) 4. the clothes hanger in the bathroom is broken (how are the clothes?) 5. the first time you enter the front of the bathroom is a muddy container of water (as if someone came in) I went out but didn't wipe first) 6. The bathroom door can't be closed completely (it can't be closed from the outside either because there is no handle) I actually wanted to complain in the morning but it turned out that I checked in at 2:00 a.m. uda co.. why? because I booked in the upper corner room and in the evening it was a bit dark and I felt uncomfortable because it was quiet.

Nice and comfortable…. Next time come back again.

Untuk lokasi nyaman, pelayanan ramah, makanan lumayan, hanya yang menjadi PR untuk air panas untuk mandi sering mati, satu lagi tidak tersedia dispenser sehingga tidak ada air panas untuk ngopi.

#2 malam nginap bersama keluarga, sangat mengesankan😍 sebelum check in, saya menghubungi pihak hotel untuk minta refrensi penyewaan jeep, ditanggapi dengan baik n fast respon oleh (Pak. Suprapto). Menu sarapan/makan siang n malam di hotel, cukup enak n memfasilitasi perut kami di udara yang sejuk😉 semua petugas hotel sangat ramah n membantu👍 masukan untuk pihak/management hotel, untuk air panas di kamar mandi mohon lebih diperhatikan lagi😉.

Nice dapat kamar di atas, pemandangan malam yang sangat bagus. Suara tidak bising nyenyak tidur.

I came to Probolinggo (Bromo) for the event Bromo Tengger Semeru Ultra Trail Run. The location about 8 km from the Hotel. I choose this hotel because reviews from others. So far, the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast for every guest. The hot water was nice.

Plus: delicious food even though the menu is limited, friendly employees, fast response, fairly smooth wifi. Minuses: old school room, the wooden floor is damaged, there are lots of gaps that can pinch your feet on the wooden floor, the bathroom tub is dirty, but after being reported it was immediately cleaned, the bathroom door couldn't be closed/was damaged, amenities were only soap and shampoo, no slippers, the front yard of the room is not neat, 1 room light is off, the curtains are worn, the bedsheet is worn. Do I want to repeat: no thanks.

Staff hotel sangat ramah, sopan dan helpful banget kalau kita membutuhkan sesuatu (untuk service bintang 5), kalau air tidak panas bisa minta dinyalakan, harga makanan tidak mahal dan lumayan enak. Kamar bersih dan fasilitas lengkap meskipun interiornya model lama, handuknya juga wangi. Lokasi berada di tengah tengah menuju kawasan Bromo (seruni point/penanjakan 1/bukit kingkong). Parkir luas. Sangat merekomendasikan untuk menginap di sini karena pelayanan staffnya yang excellent.
