I arrived at the hotel at 9 p.m., the road leading to it was steep and dark. Upon check-in, it turned out that we were required to leave our ID card (no cash deposit). The room was quite spacious, old-style, but the mattress was still quite comfortable. The hotel grounds were nice, green, neat, clean, and beautiful, with a large, clean swimming pool. The rabbit park was missing animals, and the billiards and playground were closed (apparently, they had to pay for them). The breakfast was a real downer. I was there as a couple, and upon check-in, we were told that breakfast would be delivered to our room (because it turned out there was an office event there). We were only served unappetizing fried rice, a sunny-side-up egg, and fried chicken (one chicken divided into 8), along with sweet tea in disposable cups. It was like breakfast served at (sorry) a guesthouse during the pandemic. Disappointing!

The room is comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, but the lights near the swimming pool are very minimal so it's dark at night and the swimming pool is also a bit dirty, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Never get bored with Jimmers...

The staff are friendly.. the bathroom has water seepage from who knows where so the floor is constantly flooded.. when I was there there was a soccer match next to the hotel.. what made it uncomfortable was revving motorbikes at dusk.. so it was a bit noisy.. I also got a room at Elpaso.. If there were kids running upstairs you could really hear the sound of people running.. because the floor is wooden so it was really noisy.. other than that, the service was okay.

There are no instructions for payment in the Rabbit House, which can be confusing for those who want to enter.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here for a staycation, so far it is still the same as before, good service, comfortable place, only for this 3rd time the swimming pool is a bit dirty

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, for that price, it includes woriit, only at night there is not enough lighting outside the hotel so it is a bit dark, so it feels scary😅

Very happy with experience when stay at Jimmer, it second time i visited Jimmer Mountain, all staff very helpful, the place it’s nice.

I occupied the Malibu Gold room which had a shared balcony and chairs and a table, but at night there were no lights on the balcony so it was useless to have a balcony and a place to hang out but it was dark with no lighting at all And my two children wanted to have breakfast but were still asked for tickets even though the tickets had been given when my mother first entered there. Tickets for 2 people had breakfast but only 1 entered and the other was still asked for a ticket even though it had been given

The facilities are quite complete, the rooms are also clean.

A highly recommended hotel, all the staff are friendly, parking is not far away, right in front of the room so you don't have to walk too hard, there are many facilities available, the room + bathroom is clean, fragrant and comfortable, one of the hotel choices that I will visit again

the view of the animals and mountains is exciting
