Room A33, the AC is noisy, the wall below the window is leaking, the sound from the next room can still be heard.

The AC is not cold enough, I requested to move rooms but there were no empty rooms.

The staff is friendly and quite responsive. It's just that the room is not very clean in my opinion. The AC is also not cold, even though the temperature is set, it goes back to 29 degrees, resulting in it being very hot. The towels and sheets are also not very clean, maybe they can be replaced with new ones so that those who use them are also comfortable🙏🏻

There are many rooms suitable for a low budget, the AC is a bit hot, but the water is delicious and comfortable for cleaning.

Kamar mandinya bocor air mrembes sampe kluar, atap kamar mandi juga bocor aku di lantai 2, Ya Allah Eman Eman benere hotelnya padahal kalo di rawat bagus hlo, semoga managementnya memperhatikan kebersihan kamar dan handuk pun kalau gak minta yang bersih gak dikasih 😭.

The walls are plywood apparently because in my room I can hear the people next door and sometimes the front door seems to be open but it's not, for some reason. And when I ate I found something like in the picture 🤡 the bathroom also had a loud tap, the water didn't feel hot
