we enjoy stay there n we extend for 2 night, we stay at bambu Villa need more kitchen set like a microwave.

For a private villa 3, it's good, but the lights in the second room were off and it was a bit dark... then it was really scary, I could only sleep at 3 am... the child kept crying for hours without stopping, then when it was the babysitter's turn, she was disturbed too.

it was a very nice stay, my concern only the bathroom that far away from the room, imagine to go to bathroom while raining, in the middle of the night... the restaurant staffes very nice...

night view, quite nice. surprisingly, safe from mosquitoes. this is really nice because the theme is like a garden. all the staff are super friendly and helpful. the only cons is the AC is not cold enough in my opinion. for the toilet is very clean, the soap and shampoo smell good. just a suggestion, maybe give 1 umbrella on standby in the room considering the bathroom is outside, who knows when it rains the guest needs to go to the toilet 😆 overall okay 8/10

First time staying in a private villa that has alternating power and water outages. The kids were swimming in the private pool and suddenly the lights went out, we advised the kids to take a bath as soon as possible, but it turned out the water was off. There is a bathtub in the master bedroom but it is dirty, and here when it rains, the living room with a bamboo roof can leak. This is only the first day we checked in, even though we booked for 2 nights. We wanted to find comfort, a memorable and enjoyable vacation, but it turned out to be very disappointing.

When we arrived, there were lipstick marks on the cup, there were cigarette butts on the toilet, please check before guests come in, so everything is neat, there are also lots of leaves in the pool that haven't been cleaned yet

The staff was very kind but they have to make sure the room and and the identity of visitors. The ambience was very good and the facility was great. Nevertheless, they need to prevent from the millipede in around of the room. They also need to add some staff in the restaurant especially during breakfast, because there is staff like work overload to serve the guest.
