It was good to spend the day at Alila with my 3rd daughter.

Just normal, not too fond of it, not suitable for bringing small children

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. My child vomited in the room, and after being informed, the staff helped clean it and change the sheets. They even changed the pillowcases, even though we had already said they didn't need them. Thank you for the service. The downside is that the central air conditioning can't be adjusted to the desired temperature.

Very comfortable hotel. Nice lobby, fast check in and out service. Very friendly staff. Good room layout, and what we like most is that the choice of furniture and bathroom materials adds to the comfort of the room. Success to Alila Solo.

other than unfortunate weather so the mountain is not really visible during my 3 days stay and also lengthy trip to city center, the overall stay has been wonderful. the only premium option i could find in Solo. Great stuff

Very friendly hotel staff, very spacious room size, from the lobby to the room is very clean, for breakfast the menu is complete from Indo to western.

the hotel is good, complete facilities, breakfast can still be improved. suggest that small children be allowed to go to the rooftop so they can take family photos. and the elevator to the top should not be opened starting at 4 pm.

The alley for my floors was dark even in the daytime. The bed is comfy, but the layout of the shower/toilet is a bit weird. The toilet area is separated by a glass partition from the shower area, but you need to walk past the shower area, so the toilet area becomes wet every time someone uses the shower. They should have enclosed the shower area instead. Breakfast has an ample choice of food; the quality is acceptable.
