The staff is very friendly and the location is close to a minimarket. However, the bathroom door doesn't have a lock so you have to wedge it. But overall, the staff and location are pretty good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is good because it is close to everywhere, there are Alfa and Indomaret on the right and left, unfortunately there is a hot water device but the hot water doesn't work, there are lots of mosquitoes, it's not soundproof, the sheets are also not clean so my skin itches huhu

Strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms

The place is quite nice, but unfortunately there is no sink in the bathroom and the room is damp, there is no ventilation or windows.

Honestly, I was very disappointed to be fooled by the picture. I thought I would get a room in a new building, but it turned out I was given a room in an old building. The bathroom roof was holed, the room didn't smell good, the sheets and pillows smelled. Finally, I changed rooms, even worse, the AC turned off by itself, it wasn't cold and it leaked. The bathroom smelled uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillows smelled. I hope they can fix it.

Today I stayed on July 13 2024, the receptionist asked to help me take training first so I know how to do it when there are guests. The blue towel has a hole in it, please replace it. This is the first time I found a holey towel. If you use water, you have to be economical. Used it 2 times to shower directly with normal water. Even though it has been economical. Ha ha ha. When I just entered the room, I almost felt like I wanted to just check out. hahahaha. That's all my experience, I won't be here twice hahahaha.

Harga murah, bersih, showernya ada air panasnya 🫶🏽.

Kemarin terlalu lama untuk bisa masuk check in sampai 2 jam. Kalo bisa jangan sampai membuat menunggu dan harus ontime pukul 2 siang untuk yang lainnya oke.

Sangat puas puas puan dan puas.

Sebenarnya tempatnya bersih nyaman dan lokasinya bagus banyak makanan. Tapi saya nginap di situ sminggu tapi gak pernah di tawari mau bersihkan kamar. Kadang juga minta handuk tunggu turun nolak balik dulu baru di kasih.

Kamarnya bagus, resepsionisnya kurang ramah, kamarnya lama ready padahal sudah pesan dri 2 minggu lalu tp pas mau check in yang ready cuma 1 dan nunggunya mau sampe set 4 baru bsa digunakan kamarnya. 🙏🏻.

Tadi turun mau minta ganti handuk. Sabun habis, tisu tapi kok ga ada karyawannya. Sudah 3 hari nginap di sini tapi tidak pernah di tawari mau di bersihkan kmarnya. Di palm garden sepertinya harus mandiri semua serba di datangi dulu itupun kalau ada karyawannya.

Kamarnya kurang bersih pas masuk di hari pertama banyak rambut di atas kasur bahkan bantal dan sepreinya bau tidak enak. Padahal dulu sering nginap di palm garden seprei bantal semuanya bersih bau harum. Kok sekarang sudah mulai jorok ya ga kayak dulu.
