Overall it was all good, but in first when i book through traveloka and was requested for early check in because my flight arrived in the morning 5am, i was there maybe around 6am trying to communicate with the one of the front office guy (i dont remember his name Pak Harry or something with the hair stlying up to downback style & little bit fat, he's seems like dont want to help us to early check-in okay we all understand the situation the room is full, but you told us to wait until around 8am morning and i was sitting there like a moron and until he change the shift to another FO (lady) he didnt even notify us, then we go to the new shift FO and asking for the available room, she immediately arrange the room for us. i dont know why the guy behaviour like that. such kind of behaviour should be in Swissbel hotel Group ? Or do we look like a cheapskate and he didnt want to serve us? or what reason, i didnt understand, if we can afford to book the hotel means we deserve any service from the hotel, he's like uneducational to be a hotel staff, That was my worst experience to be meet with this guy and ruin my whole day also my flight to be honest. Hope the management will take a look for these especially this guy need to be trained maybe he thinks he's senior in that hotel and do whatever he want. Thanks
