The hotel staff kept coming into the room while I was sleeping. The mineral water was late in coming. And the towels and toiletries were never replaced unless I asked. The room was asked to be cleaned several times but it was not cleaned.

Mineral water was not available until 15.30. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned but it was not cleaned.

There's only one minus, the faucet in the sink doesn't turn on, otherwise it's okay.

There is no drinking water and there is no soap or toothbrush either. Please improve this.

Terrible place, the whole hotel was stinking of urine. All the furniture was either dirty or broken. The bath was broken and stained with horrible red stains. And the room had a toxic cigarette smell. We spoke the the receptionist about this and decide not to stay in the place after seeing the state and smell of the room. They refused a refund even though the state of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost-there are much nicer places to stay in Kendari within the same price range!
