Friendly and good regular food. Clean

Nice hotel. Food is very good. The hotel seems old. If it is painted again it will be better. The towels are clean. Overall it is good for the price I paid. Great.

The name of the hotel is cool, imperial hotel, the price is the same as other hotels in the same class but the service is very disappointing. The elevator didn't start when checking in, you had to walk up the stairs, you used bar soap for bath soap, there was no shampoo, no slippers, the towels were torn but immediately replaced when you complained, the sheets were torn, the blanket was stained, the worst thing was that breakfast was delivered to the room which turned out to be only yellow rice placed in stereofoam with a taste. I won't check in twice at this hotel. Severe 😡.

AC is not cold. TV can't turn on. Dirty room walls. Yellowish sheet.

The water smells of sewers, breakfast starts at 7, noon. The receptionist did not know if there was a booking, had a debate because the room was full, finally given, how come there is still a full place?

Cool hotel cool, but a little disappointed more than a week I stay, the 3rd day I asked for a room with a sheet of sheets asking for a change, But it turns out the sheets are just behind (not replaced).

The room had a few mosquitoes, the water in the sink was very smelly, the breakfast food was cold, for some reason the stove was not turned on. Padhal breakfast time is quite long. At 8:30 eat my cold noodles.

Very not recommended, the service is not good, the breakfast does not vary, disturbing our comfort during the morning at the knock on the door to be given breakfast, very, not very good.
