Clean rooms, access to the center of KL city

Alhamdulillah... a pleasant stay at metro hotel bukit bintang. With 2 million 185 thousand for 2 nights on July 8-10 for the family quad room type. 2 queen beds are very spacious for a family with 2 teenagers. Bathroom amenities for 4 people are available, also mineral water and towels for 4 people. Free breakfast for 3 people, only add 25 RM for 1 more child for 2 days. The food selection is decent although it doesn't suit our taste, only tried rice😅. There is bread, sliced watermelon, a choice of orange juice, coffee and tea, only water is not available, so bring your own mineral water ☺️ The room is clean, there is an iron in every hallway. The distance to the center of bukit bintang is close, just walk through the back of the hotel. After a tiring night walk from KLCC Petronas, it's only 10 RM by grab back to the hotel. When you're lazy to look for food, just order food through grab, for 4 people, you can eat for just 60 RM and get nasi lemak with chicken. You can buy mineral water at the convenience store next to the hotel. Recommended for affordable hotels with decent facilities. 👍. Thank you Traveloka, it really makes booking hotels, etc. easy. ☺️

Clean, neat, everything functions properly, good location.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, unfortunately the room was cleaned without being asked and it was very disturbing to privacy.

Disappointed because there was an additional tax fee at check in.

Stayed 5 days, the room was clean and spacious, I liked the powerful shower.

Very Nice for family Group, Nice ambients, Nice Staff, recommended specially for families.

Not bad for a break during a short trip.

The twin bed is 100x200 2 beds. Dr Lalaport. You can walk to the alley not far.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also strategic.

Kamar bersih, layanan mantap, nitip tas sampai maghrib dibolehkan.

Khách sạn cực kỳ sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Ở khu vực gần monorail nên cực kỳ tiện đi lại. Có thể đi bộ qua khu vực chợ đêm chỉ với 5phút đi bộ

The location is great. Near to Imbi station but the things only hot water is not available during our stay.

Found out no window after I take shower at night. They ask me to talk to manager but manager never come. And I don't like the breakfast rice at hotel.

Resepsionis tidak professional. Check in diminta tunggu lama dan ternyata salah kamar yang diberikan punya orang lain, diminta tunggu 30 menit lagi. Tax diminta 40 ringgit untuk 4 malam padahal tinggal cuma 3 malam.

Kamar family quad tidak terlalu besar hanya cukup saja, kamar mandi cenderung sempit. Kelebihannya lokasinya strategis.
