The drawbacks are that the night shift service is less welcome, not provided tissue paper in the room, there was a commotion between employees at 9:30 a.m. in the morning, the food stall at the restaurant was less alert when the drinking cups / glasses were used up and empty. One more thing in the Traveloka application is Wifi, but the reality in the field is there is no wifi network in the rooms. Bath soap and shampoo are also not provided in the bathroom, please improve all of them and make sure the deficiencies that exist are complete and the attitude of employees is increased more persuasively, in order to achieve customer satisfaction levels and hotel targets are also reached.
