Staying at Alanan for the umpteenth time... The service is still excellent

The executive club room was very spacious and comfortable, and the nightly rate wasn't too high, considering I went during school holidays. The service was excellent, the facilities were excellent, and the swimming pool was very clean.

The room wasn't clean and was old. The furniture and tiles were worn out. There were cobwebs in the room. I bought my ticket during high season, and the price I got wasn't commensurate with the quality of the room. I recommend buying a ticket at the regular price.

Several times I have stayed at Alana... Never get bored... The food is varied... The rooms are clean and modern... The staff is friendly... Basically, every time I go to Jogja, Alana is my first choice.

Had the best experience here! Incredible breakfast buffet with the best service and care from Fathin and Anjeli, also the other staff. I stayed in Alana Surabaya before, but this Alana is totally different from the one in Surabaya. A big and very clean and comfortable room with great amenities. A great value to the price you pay for the room. Hotel facilities like the swimming pool were also top notch. I was here for a business trip but whilst also bringing my family along because it was over the weekend. The meeting facilities were also great. The hotel location is also close to nearby attractions that I like. So will be sure to come back here again.

Nice place to stay. The food is delicious and varied. Suggestions for the swimming pool area can be more comfortable and nice. Next will be another choice to stay in Yogya.
