Staff is friendly, snacks in the room are very helpful.

There are many choices of welcome drinks, breakfast is varied and complete, the staff is friendly, drinking water from the dispenser can be taken as much as you want, in the room there are tea boxes and snacks that are refilled every day... In short, the best.

The room was clean, there were lots of breakfast choices, the drinking water dispenser was ready to go, there were snacks and tea bags in the room that were filled every day... In short, it was the best.

The location is close to the Jogja monument and Tugu station. There are free snacks and a coffee machine in the lobby. The service is fast and friendly. There are bentor (motorized scooters) in front of the hotel with clear rates so you don't have to negotiate. They are quick to fulfill requests for takeaway breakfast. The only downside is the elevator wait is quite long and parking is relatively limited.

The location is great, close to Tugu Yogyakarta Station and Malioboro Street. There's a Trans Yogyakarta bus stop right in front of the hotel. Hopefully, I'll be able to come back again sometime and try out the pool and gym.

Always satisfied when staying at Hotel Harper Yogyakarta. The location is strategic, close to Malioboro and culinary centers, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and neatly arranged, with complete facilities that make rest very enjoyable. The service from the hotel staff is very friendly and professional. They are always ready to help with a smile and a quick response. The breakfast provided is also varied and delicious, always ready with traditional to international menus, all served neatly and hygienically.

Good place, with nice breakfast. Dress style of girl waitress during breakfast is too sexy. It's a hotel not a bar, many families are bringing their children and husband 🤨.

At first the room was a bit smelly. We said that the toilet smelled a bit unpleasant the first time we used it. The view was not of the city but of a residential area from our room window. There were no windows that could be opened and there was no balcony, even though we ordered a deluxe twin. When we ate at the restaurant we saw that some vegetables and fruits were not fresh. But the staff service was friendly and the staff were helpful. Thank you for the unforgettable impression.

tv didn't working in two days a row. tried meat lovers pizza for dinner and it just a compile of sausage and the recipe isn't for pizza at all. and they didn't cut the pizza into slices properly. and a big hotel restaurant didn't have a chilli flick.
