Disappointed and highly not recommended. Upon check-in, the receptionist was unfriendly. The TV Wi-Fi suddenly disconnected, and after confirming with the receptionist, it took 30 minutes for a technician to arrive. The bathroom floor was slippery even though it hadn't been used yet. Parking was the most difficult I've ever seen at a hotel. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this a 3. Improve your human resources, facilities, and management immediately. If you don't, expect to close down.

The hotel room is comfortable, cleanliness is good, service is fast response, facilities are good, access to tourist attractions is easy to reach because it is close to the bus stop.

The water in the room on the 5th floor was a bit weak, but other than that it was fine.

The staff was friendly, but during the women's pool, a man came in. He explained that his wife and child were inside, rinsing off, and their older sons, maybe 10 years old, also went in. The waterpark also has a place where children can jump, which is dangerous. Several children jumped from there (where the pump or something, near the inner stairs).
