The bathroom didn't have running water, causing it to pool. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. The staff was kind and friendly. Hopefully, the facilities will improve in the future.

When I wanted to leave the hotel (carrying a suitcase and other heavy items), I had to go around through the back because there was an August 17th ceremony in the front lobby. When I went through the back, there was a security guard but he just looked at me and smiled without taking the initiative to help me carry it😭 even though I had a hard time carrying the items. I happen to be someone who doesn't like asking for help. So in the future, please be more aware of your surroundings. Thank you

The place is cool, but in the morning it's a bit noisy. The cleaning staff can be heard from the room, as if they're angry at their work. When you're sleeping, you knock just to ask for laundry. It disturbs people sleeping, right?
