We value every feedback from our guests as part of our continuous efforts to improve the quality of our services. Allow us to explain that the standard check-in time at Zest Hotel is at 2:00 PM. If guests arrive earlier, such as at 9:00 AM, an additional fee will be charged as an early check-in charge, because the room used is not included in the normal stay period. In addition, we also apologize for the inconvenience related to the request for a non-smoking room. When you arrived, our hotel was at full occupancy and all non-smoking rooms in the standard type were occupied. The only option available at that time was a non-smoking room in the Superior type, and as per policy, upgrading to the Superior type is subject to an additional charge of IDR 150,000. We assure you that this policy is not intended to burden guests, but is part of the standard procedure that applies based on room type and availability at that time. We understand your disappointment and will use this input as an evaluation material so that in the future we can provide clearer and more transparent information from the start.
