The hotel is close to everything. When I first arrived, I got a room in the corner and it was a bit damp. Thankfully, I was able to move to another room that was more comfortable.

The room was comfortable, but when I first arrived, the pillows smelled damp. But housekeeping was quick to ask for replacements. The Wi-Fi was weak. I couldn't connect several times. The soap was never refilled.

Located at the heart of Kuta, room is very clean and price is very affordable (around 24 euro's a night). Room service is available and prices of the food are very cheap even for Indonesia. The room is unfortunately not soundproof enough, you can hear people talk on the hallway

Maybe in the future we can improve it so that we can ask the security guard/receptionist to give us a message if we have something (we are not allowed to ask them to do this, they have to pick it up straight away).
