The access out of the complex is quite far if you walk, far from stalls/Indomaret/Alfamart, if you want to eat and buy something you have to go online because it is far from the inn. The price of the room does not match the facilities, I ordered one that costs 250 thousand rupiahs with hot water, but I got a room that costs 200 thousand rupiahs without hot water. It makes me uncomfortable because the electricity was turned off from the outside by the employee, because the way out of the inn complex is far, so when I returned to the room the room was cool, I deliberately turned on the AC in the room, eh.... the employee turned off the electricity meter to my room from the outside, as a result I was hot in my room because the AC was off because the electricity was turned off by the employee. The employee should not turn off the electricity in the visitor's room for whatever reason, because the visitor has paid for all the facilities available, and the visitor also has their own reasons why the AC is turned on.

No Recommended for a guest house, with a price of almost 200 thousand really outrageous, there are no facilities at all, towels, soap, toothbrushes, tissue, mineral water and what's worse there is no water heater while the air condition at the location is very cold so it doesn't work. You can take a shower, the room is narrow, only 10m2, no wonder there are no residents on weekends because it's not worthy of being called a guest house because this is purely a boarding house.

The staff is very friendly and flexible. There were 3 of us with my husband and son, we were given a comfortable room. The location is a bit inside. Although I have come and stayed several times, the last time I came, I still got lost.

Sebenarnya sangat bersih dan rapi, cuma waktu masuk ke kamar mandi ada bau tidak sedap meskipun bersih. Selain itu juga selimut kurang bersih karena ada beberapa helai rambut orang lain yang jujur saja sangat mengganggu.

A clean three-floor budget homestay in a quiet residential complex in Pedalangan, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java Province. On a recent Lebaran holiday I and my wife stayed in a small room on the second floor with three beds (2 combined + 1 single) for IDR 313,500.-. Good free WiFi connections. A quiet but not so cold AC. Clean bathroom with a Western style toilet, a sink with a mirror, liquid body wash soap, and a very good hot/cold shower. Limited terrace parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Friendly staff. A musholla (moslem prayer room) on the second floor. Minuses: bad TV reception; No elevator; No exhaust fan in the bathroom (only glass panes); No toilet paper; No tissue paper in the room; No rooftop (the third floor is used by the owner). Note: on our check out, the morning concierge finally fixed the TV reception problem (too late).

Kamarnya cukup bersih tapi ukuran agak kecil diisi buat dua orang sempit, dan selimutnya dikasih cuma 1 padahal kasurnya atas bawah, ketika kami menginap mati listrik sekitar 20 menit, penginapannya juga tidak bebas dari binatang, ada kucing masuk dan dibiarkan. Saya mengalami hal yang tidak menyenangkan selama menginap dimana sepatu saya basah sebelah, benar-benar mengganggu kenyaman karena saya butuh jam 08.00 pagi. Pemilik penginapannya baik, tapi kebaikan tidak merubah fakta adanya ketidak nyamanan. Semoga ke depannya ditingkatkan lagi keamanan penginapannya.
