I love this boutique 🏬 hotel 🏨. It is very worth staying there if you visit Chiangmai. Close to the city center so it is easy to get around. Staff are all friendly & helpful.

ห้องตกแต่งสวยงาม สะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ พนักงานทุกๆท่านให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี อัธยาศัยดี บริการทำความสะอาดดีมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารดีๆที่มีขื่อเสียง ใครกำลังมองหาที่พักในเมืองเพื่อการพักผ่อนและท่องเที่ยว แนะนำมากๆ ไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ ♥️

จองห้องซูพีเรีย กดคำขอเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ไม่เอาเตียงคู่ ไม่ได้ขอคิงไซส์ด้วยซ้ำ พอไปถึงได้เตียงคู่ เลยสอบถามพนักงานว่าห้องเตียงเดี่ยวหมดหรอคะ พนักงานไม่ได้รับฟังสักแต่เถียงว่าห้องซูพีเรียก็คือซูพีเรียครับ ซึ่งเรารู้ค่ะแต่ปกติเราจะสามารถระบุได้ว่าเตียงเดี่ยวหรือเตียงคู่ได้ (twins bed/double bed ) แล้วไม่ได้ขอคิงไซส์เลย แต่พนักงานแจ้งต้องดีลักซ์เท่านั้นถึงจะได้เตียงเดี่ยว เราเลยตัดปัญหาเพิ่มเงินเป็นดีลักซ์ ซึ่งมองในมุมของงานบริการหากเตียงเดี่ยวหมดก็ควรอธิบายด้วยเหตุผลเราพร้อมรับฟัง แต่พนักงานกลับพูดแบบแบ่งเกรดมองในมุมเราคิดว่าไม่ควรใช้คำพูดแบบนี้ค่ะ การที่จะพูดออกมาควรกลั่นกรองจากความคิดให้ดีกว่านี้ค่ะ

The room type Casa Superior has 6 rooms and bed type. All rooms are twin beds and double beds are only available in Casa Deluxe and Casa Suite rooms. This information is clearly stated in the room information section. each category on the website including other hotel information We have also notified you on the check-in date that on the website booking. You can report your special request. However, that special request Will depend on the availability of the hotel at that time, not guaranteed. thank you not high

Good location But the room is not clean, dirty, not cleaned before going to stay The bathroom door has a hole between the floor and the door, making the water time. The water will seep outside. The receptionist does not care about customers. Can't speak Thai / English. During our check in

Accommodation is easy to find, conveniently furnished hotel is pretty new, clean, sensual and relaxing breakfast room is small, but the bathroom was clear glass with a smoked-glass look half-naked little bit of Kinแtw accommodation.
