Comfortable and centrally located, highly recommended

pleasant, clean, strategic location. only some facilities (need attention/maintenance e.g. electric kettle, bathroom shower). but overall comfortable.

Everything was fine. I was just annoyed when the room service knocked on my room at 10 PM to deliver the laundry. It seemed like they didn't have time the next morning. I had already confirmed with the receptionist, a woman wearing glasses, that if the laundry wasn't finished according to schedule (8 PM), they could deliver it the next morning.

The hotel is clean..comfortable, the room is also clean, the staff is friendly, no one resets well, only the food is okay...and the distance to the Simpang Lima monument is quite far if you walk, even though previously we expected it to be close, we could take a leisurely walk from the hotel to the monument.

I only stayed there for one night, and it was pretty good, no problems. The location isn't on the main road, but it's quite strategic.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, it is recommended, but if you go to the center of Simpang Lima, the walk is quite far.

The first time I stayed here, I got room 204, which was nice and clean. There was a pool for the kids, so I was really happy. 🥰 But unfortunately, my second stay here wasn't as good. I got room 203. 😰 The room needed repairs. The bathroom had small water pipes, the mattress had yellow stains, and the wardrobe was worn out. Asking for a room change wasn't possible, according to the receptionist. 🙏🏻 Sorry, this is our experience.

We have chosen this hotel several times as a place to rest when we go to Semarang.

I really like it, if I go to Semarang again, I will definitely come back here, hopefully there won't be any changes, the cleanliness and service will still be maintained.
