The hotel is really great....highly recommended

Honestly, it was my first time staying here and it was my first time staying at a hotel. We had breakfast at 9 o'clock. The rice and side dishes were already finished, but we asked for a refill and waited for 30 minutes without it being filled. As a result, we didn't have breakfast at all... we asked for an omelette with the same omelette as the other guests, but the only one who remembered the order was the other guest. Honestly, I was very disappointed... but it's okay for my first experience staying here ☺️

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to the PIM mall area, Gandaria City, Blok M, and so on. The cleanliness of the room should be improved, it was dirty with lots of dust and hair. The sheets and towels were dirty with lots of stains, the toilet was also dirty. Many of the breakfast menu items were out of stock, the taste was bland, the restaurant's cleanliness needs to be improved to be cleaner, thank you.

The place is comfortable & the location is very strategic but the room is dirty, not maintained in the toilet in the room there are still many stains that could actually be cleaned, then the gaps between the mattresses are also still dusty and there are remnants of hair and candy wrappers that have not been tidied up, it's a shame...

For a 3-night business trip, it's quite affordable. You have to ask the receptionist downstairs to clean your room every day. Bathroom service is required, and breakfast ran out on the last day, even though it was only 8 a.m. I had to wait 15 minutes before it was available. Perhaps the number of people staying for breakfast should be calculated. Dinner in front of the hotel is delicious, which is a sign.

Comfortable place, friendly staff, only the dirty floor is not cleaned

The second day of our stay, nothing was replaced or refilled. The fried rice for breakfast was inedible; the rice was hard. But the pasta was delicious.

got a narrow room asked for the top one turned out that the only available 1 room 2 bedrooms were on the 1st and 2nd floors I was quite disappointed but oh well. then it was really uncomfortable checking in had to download an application that could connect to the elevator and enter the room because not everyone didn't understand and comprehend, especially if there was no kouto what would happen? wifi was also complicated?

The room looks like it's rarely cleaned, the sheets too, well... the AC isn't cold.

A lot of stuff in the room needs to be revamped. The floor has stains on it, the bed had some dust/sand under the blankets, although not a lot, but I could feel it as I put my feet under it. Pillow can be firmer as it was too soft. AC needs to be fixed as it was leaking. I called the hotel staff & maintenance, and after it was fixed, the next morning it leaked again. Hopefully, they can be better in the future, as I do love that they go cardless & keyless on room access, but use an app to access your room.

Highly recommended for business visits in the South Jakarta area

A great hotel for commuting in Jakarta. It's affordable, and right in front of the hotel is the Trans Jakarta bus stop and the elevated bus stop. It's connected to the Trans Jakarta, MRT, and KRL Commuter Line. The rooms are clean and fully equipped, with a kimono, safe, mini fridge, slippers, toiletries (cotton buds, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hair cap), hair dryer, prayer mat, smart TV, thermos, coffee, and tea. It's keyless and cardless using the app on your phone. The food is also delicious, with western, local, and various breads. The staff is friendly. Highly recommended in South Jakarta.

Stains on the floor and dusts on every corner. Try it better next time

The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and the shampoo and soap were excellent. Breakfast was included, which was excellent.
