RA Premiere Simatupang is a must-stay place if you need to attend a business occasion nearby. What I love most about this place is the smoking area. The best so far.

Nice place, close to my activity destination. Clean room and they give me room upgrade this time. Staff helps a lot. Close to Citos Square and All Fresh mart so no worries for dinner or other necessities.

Great for families (executive king bed)

Comfortable, have stayed there many times, kids also like it, child and family friendly.

All the services are ok, but the pillows in the bedroom are too hard so it's not comfortable to sleep in.

The hotel is clean, with a calm, environmentally friendly atmosphere. The pool is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. There's a balcony decorated with plants for watching the sunset. However, one thing that bothered me was the recycled water used to flush the toilets, which made the water cloudy and often contained dirt and small animals. This made us uncomfortable when using the toilets. It felt dirty and unhygienic. I suggest using the recycled water for gardening instead of flushing the toilets, for the sake of cleanliness and the comfort of our guests.

Strategic location, easy to find transportation.

Very comfortable for family stay and recommended

The service is good. The food is delicious.

A hotel with an apartment feel, a very satisfied family stay for 6 nights here. My wife was happy and didn't get bored because she could cook, and the kids didn't get bored because the 60m2 area was so they could play around. If you want to shop, there's All Fresh just a short walk away, and for transportation, just wait for the TJ bus stop that goes to Lebak Bulus and can stop right at the MRT station. If you want to go to Citos, just walk there, there's a JPO that leads directly there. It's complete. It could be another option if you stay here.

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious

For those who want a staycation, this hotel is really comfortable, clean, all room facilities are met, the staff is friendly and responsive. You can ask for additional blankets and pillows, clean white sheets and towels. For the price with what you get, very satisfied. For the kitchen, I like it, my family is happy, just a little suggestion if the lights in the living room were brighter, it would be better, Netflix is available, fast wifi, will come back again, thanks RA premier

having trouble with the tv remote, because the battery is weak engineering info and there is no replacement for the remote. so turning on the tv channel must be pressing and holding for a long time...

had a wonderful stay at RA Premier Simatupang to celebrate my birthday with my partner and friends. The service was really good, friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a spacious room with a beautiful high view that made it feel like a cozy home, just way up in the sky! What made the experience even more special was the surprise birthday cake from the hotel…it was such a thoughtful touch that really made my day. Definitely a great place for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
