The Wi-Fi was unstable, the room leaked when it rained, there were no tissues in the room, you had to ask for them, the power plugs were all dead, there were graffiti on the walls.

The hotel staff is friendly, but they lack respect for the cleanliness of the bathroom. If possible, replace the toilet door, closet, and bathroom floor because many of them are broken. Thank you.

first time staying here. check in at half past 1 am but because the receptionist is 24 hours so it's safe. order superior, there is a TV but the channels are few and it takes a while to turn on, no AC/fan but it's quite cold, clean toilet, good view even though it's not from the room balcony, get bottled water only 1 small bottle (better bring your own water as preparation) but there is also a gallon outside the room. very kids friendly. lots of facilities in the play area, there is a mini zoo, swimming pool, and lots of photo spots. hopefully can come back here again with family

Many children's play areas. The children are very happy. The swimming pool is clean. The area around the hotel is also clean. The rooms are also clean, but for the deluxe rooms, if possible, a fan can be added😇. Next time to Aries Biru again for a vacation.

friendly hotel staff. stayed in a suite type, the room is spacious. there was a problem with the door handle not being able to close, immediately moved to another room. The hotel area is very spacious. The facilities are complete. there is a playground, soccer field, basketball court, swimming pool, mini zoo, strawberry garden too. there are also rice fields that make the view fresh. Very satisfied. God willing, I want to stay here again with my extended family.
