The family room is very large and the rates are affordable, the breakfast is simple but very delicious, even though the hotel is old, the cleanliness is very well maintained, there are only a few things that are annoying, namely mosquitoes, which are not too significant, hopefully I can stay at this hotel again

There are quite a lot of mosquitoes but otherwise the room is nice, the AC is cold. I have stayed here twice.

there is no service to guests regarding food, if there are guests staying at least they should deliver food and knock on the door if the guest is still asleep, the guest wakes up at 10 am and the buffet has been cleaned up, does this not count as a guest at the hotel?

Sorry my review is a bit less than pleasant * Got room 113 with a window facing the side road of the hotel, the wallpaper was peeling off a lot, there were worms in the bathroom, soap didn't come out of the dispenser, there was no toilet tissue * It was very noisy when we got the condition outside at karaoke until 3 am. * My wife was disturbed by something invisible, she could tell because she could see it. * There were quite a lot of mosquitoes. * Breakfast was just rice, Betawi soup, eggs and fried tempeh, there was coffee and tea pudding. * All the male staff were quite friendly. * The price on the spot was more expensive than buying it on the apps. Maybe because it's an old hotel, I suggest that if the owner has more money, it's better to renovate it to a modern hotel standard.

The location is quite good, comfortable in front of a busy square. The food just lacks variety.

Hotel lama di depan alun-alun kota serang banten.

Hotel lama tapi bagus juga ramah staf nya.

Kasur/bed cover berdebu. Tamu lain baru datang berisik harus nya pihak hotel menegur, makanan enak, pelayanan mantap, ga ada sikat gigi, ga ada pasta gigi, ga ada sandal hotel free nya, wifi lemot. Overall i want to go there next time, i hope it improved well.

Kamarnya terlalu lembab jadi kurang nyaman.

Di aplikasi Tertera Deluxe 1 King Bed makanya saya boking, malah dikasih yang twin, alhasil kena marah istri dah. Tau twin mending ke hotel langganan, udah komplen eh malah di suruh nambah sampe 200k an buat dapet kamar yang deluxe, ngga jelas banget ini hotel mau cari lagi udah kemaleman cape juga perjalanan jauh dari Labuan.
