Without heater as they promised, not recommended

Pleasant stay. Just a little bit late checking due to a lot of customer and two or three stupid malay customers. Arriving late but wants to check in early and the reason is because they have kids.what nonsense. First come first served basis lah bro. Definintely going to stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here this year. Will recommend it to my friends :)

The room was okay and pleasant one to stay. The only cons is that you need to walk for around 7mins to reach your hotel from the beach area. It's a bit inconvenient especially at night since the route going to the hotel is dark and muddy during rainy days.

Located between coral bay & long beach ( need 5 mins uphill walk from coral bay) but nearer to the long beach. Main entrance is too far from our room eventhough they did have 1 nearer entrance but didn’t open so we need to make 1 round uphill walk in order to get into our room. Basically, the room is clean, but the water is limited. Wifi was only limited at the lobby. Checkout counter open at 7.30 am in the morning.

The receptionist is very rude, and not helpful. Other chalets and resorts is far more cheaper and satisfying.

Just okay. Room was clean and tidy, nice location took only couple minutes to reach the long beach. However, there is no hot shower provided, no electric keetle or heater and also finding this place at first is a pain in the arse because signboards were no where to be found on the beach. You also might consider bringing flashlight with you at night because it was pitch black along the path to reach the beach and heading back to your room. Overall just okay and don’t put your expectation sky high and of course there will always be a room for improvement

The room good, but the way to go there so dark and far from beach bar. Suits for backpackers and couple only. For family with kids, better don't.

Great room. Big room. The toilet is good. The bed is good. Everything about the room is good. Even the room only use fan but its fine.. its not hot at all. The only problem is the location which is you need to climb some stairs and steep path to reach the hotel. So its a bit tiring and at night, the path to the hotel will be very dark with no lights. But everything else is fine.

Water was intentionally cut off. They will give reason such as pump broken or filtering but in reality the cut it off to save water and left you with nothing to shower with.

This is my second review post. I still love this. Here s private that good for a tired backpacker If can be possible, you should ask for a lobby-nearly room. Because wifi network usually get lacking in sometime.

I love it. It is pretty clean and good staff for this price. There's a lot of insects at night, but if you turn the light off, it will be okay. The worst part of this place is too far from pier. But here's far from Long Beach just 100m. if you re alone (girl especially), don't get back to this place after sunset, cause there's few light and too many ways to make you lost.
