I have ordered according to the data in the Traveloka application, 2 adults and 1 17 year old child in one room, the staff said it was not allowed. The room was okay, but the toilet was very dirty. It seemed like it had never been cleaned.

When we woke up early in the morning for morning prayers and showering, the water in the room was completely turned off. This of course makes us troublesome. After reporting to the staff on duty, we were asked to move rooms. Unfortunately, the replacement room wasn't much better either.
