Happy to finally be able to take a school holiday and celebrate my son and husband's birthdays at one of my wishlist hotels. I got free mirror art (should have paid, haha), and a slice of birthday cake and cookies too. There are lots of kids' activities, and the pool is great. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

We had a staycation here from Friday to Sunday. It was a great decision because this hotel is baby-friendly! All the staff were genuine and helpful. The facilities and exteriors were in good and proper condition. Buffet with various menus and baby-friendly. In the room, they provided a dining table including some bowls and plates, complimentary drinks, and a coffee machine. When we checked out, they gave us fresh bakery as a compliment. Please improve some food in the buffet, especially the savory ones; I found some too salty. Thank you!

The best hotel in Karawang. I often stay in Karawang, but this is the first time I've tried Resinda Hotel. I had a memorable stay, especially the staff at breakfast. I will come back here again next time.

Kids friendly, lots of kids activities, but the room doesn't smell good. Overall, breakfast was delicious. The salad was lacking, like the mayonnaise lacked flavor. The mustard greens were wide, not sliced. The purple cabbage should have been specifically for salad, but this was the raw white one, whether it was salad or raw vegetables, who knows how to eat it 🤣.

My stay at Hotel Resinda Karawang was truly delightful. The location was convenient, close to the city center yet peaceful. The staff were warm and attentive, making everything feel effortless. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly soundproof for a good night’s rest. Cleanliness was top-notch, from the bedroom to the bathroom. I also tried the food; great taste, good variety, and fair price. Overall, it was a relaxing and satisfying experience that made me feel genuinely cared for.

From the moment we arrived until we left, all the employees were friendly, and there were lots of activities for both children and their parents.

Hopefully the bathroom will be repaired, because the floor between the bathroom and the room is level, so the water flows outside the room.

I don't know what else to say because I'm so amazed and astonished by his hospitality. How could he know which room I'm staying in, come over just to apologize because there was a leaking faucet problem, feel like my room number is on my forehead until the staff can approach me in the middle of the crowd during breakfast. Keep it up, okay? Nice!

Okay for a hotel in the Karawang district

Everything about my stay here was a pleasure. From the friendly and helpful staff, to the clean rooms, the complete hotel facilities, and the delicious breakfast.

The food was all delicious, the nasi liwet was delicious. There were many stalls, the rooms and hotel area were very clean. The staff were very nice, there were really helpful and friendly staff everywhere. Ms. Tasya, Ms. Yolanda, and Mas Radi are some of the staff whose names we remember. Ms. Tasya contacted us and accommodated our request for a bed and a small celebration for our child's birthday. Ms. Yolanda, who was on duty at the restaurant when we had breakfast, was very friendly and quickly helped take my children to the playground because at that time I was having breakfast alone so I couldn't take them. Mas Radi suddenly offered to take a family photo of us at the oasis park while we were taking a selfie. So now we have a complete family photo without selfies. Full kids activity. There was no boredom at all because the facilities provided were really TOP. Thank you very much for the beautiful memories created during our stay at Resinda. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family, friends, etc. Oh yes, the hotel is connected to a mall!

Kids friendly hotel in Karawang ❤️. The hotel facilities are quite complete, from swimming pool, waterpark, gym, wellness center, and kids playground is large and is in indoor as well as outdoor. The room is also comfortable, clean, and spacious, there is a bath and complete amenities. My kiddos love Resinda because breakfast here is delicious, and also direct access to malls 😁👍
