Staff is not friendly in providing information. Very commercial not in accordance with the condition of the hotel

Stayed here to accompany my child to the NHI entrance test because the hotel is close to the campus, checked in at night was received by the receptionist or more precisely the guard who was very unfriendly and made my child in a bad mood because they are hoteliers so they understand hospitality, the three of us were charged an additional person. entered the room, shocked by the condition which was like a boarding house, there were no hangers and slippers, when asking for slippers they said they were paid, seeing the bathroom was even more shocking, even though it was informed that the room was upgraded from standard to exclusive/executive the breakfast menu was also mediocre, and it seemed that there were not many guests staying. if it were managed well, it might be crowded, considering the location on the side of the road and near the NHI campus.

The pillow is too thick so it is not comfortable for sleeping.

The male staff are rude, the rooms are not clean and stuffy, if it wasn't for the grgr and other hotels were full, I probably wouldn't have stayed here

The staff make alot noise by playing music extremely loud right above our room in 3rd floor. While the hotel put "do not make commotion.." sign arround the hotel. The wifi cannot connected from our room. we have to get out from room to get wifi. The water heater only works the first day we arrived at hotel.

This is my first time checking in with a toddler and being charged! Oh dear🙈. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the FO staff were not very friendly and left me when I was about to check in. There are lots of wifi but they don't use all of them. Oh dear🥴
