Good location near Jungceylon shopping mall, 2 minutes walk to 7-11 in front of the alley. Clean wide room Younger female staff in front of the counter provide good service. Amiable

Good location, but the place is dirty. The room was improvised and the floor was not mopped. When we came under the mattress there was rubbish, until we returned there. The electricity in the room was blown off and off. The mattress is hard. The tap on the toilet is hard to turn off. The water sink is stagnant (clogged). Breakfast every day is the same, fried egg and 2 small sausages fried. At night the sound from the hallway room sounds noisy.

Sorry to hear you didn't had better service from us but as we have improve our hotel accommodation as per your review and hope next time you will feel better change from our side and as we have been up to save water and being eco friendly we try changing bedsheets every 2 or 3 days but customer is always open to tell us to change and we do accordingly you could have asked for things you think were dirty. Electricity that blown off was because of the faulty equipment of yours otherwise there has been no such incident before. We do have quiet rooms but as per the amount customers spend next time when you come to visit us let us know you need quite room to live in and we can offer you better rooms. Thank You for your stay and a review to let us know about your difficulties.

The hotel is very good. Lovely staff, close to shopping center Can not walk very far The only disadvantage is there is no parking space. Have to rent separately

Good locacation was very near Banza Seafood Night market opposite. Easy to walking street and Patong beach. Staff was so friendly and helful. Room was not new but neat and clean. You can enjoy a small swimming pool in the top floor. Recommend for stay with a low budget !
