my experience: Advantages: Rooms are quite spacious, enough car parking, friendly staff Disadvantages: 1. Room TV is still old-fashioned, needs to be upgraded immediately. 2. In certain rooms there is no wifi at all (does not reach the room) 3. breakfast menu is mediocre.

It's nice, like a boarding house, but the shower in my room 209 is very small, so when I shower I use the toilet spray.

Recommended to stay, but maybe the hotel staff forgot that I ordered breakfast but it wasn't delivered.

The best in all aspects, and consistent from the beginning.

One thing that needs to be fixed is that the TV should be upgraded, not a tube TV that uses an STB anymore.

The staff is friendly, the environment is nice.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean maybe just need to change the towels, the wifi is smooth.

The place is clean, the parking is quite spacious, the location is quite strategic, you can walk to find food.

I stayed in 303 and the room was fine. Comfortable bed, clean room.

Sudah langganan di hotel Grand Cepu tiap lagi ada kerjaan pasti menginap di sini hotel nyaman pelayanannya memuaskan breakfast nya pagi jam 6 juga sudah ready kadang juga request minta lebih pagi lagi juga di layani. Cari makan saat malam juga mudah. Pokoknya puas bermalam di sini. Tidak seperti yang di sampaikan Tamu lain tidak bener. Terima kasih Grand Cepu.

The room smells, the sheets look used and haven't been replaced, the breakfast is cold rice, the coffee is cold so the mood is cold too.

Kamar cukup bersih, AC cukup dingin, toilet cukup bersih, air panas shower oke, wifi oke, yang bermasalah hanya TV yang saat dinyalajan kesulitan nyari channel nya. Parkir tergolong sempit apabila full tamu. Makanan sarapan pagi sederhana/ biasa saja.

Please breakfast food adjusted to the number of guests. Or better not the buffet system but just provide 2 plates in each room. I stayed 2 nights and always ran out of rice. Even the glasses are gone. One of the male lobby officers who was working at night at that time was very very disappointed in the way he served. If you talk about casually, don't think about it first.

Itchy mattress, the floor is not clean.

This hotel is my favourite. Because of its strategic location and place. But the note from a few years ago until now hasn't changed. The first is about the TV channel which is sometimes crunchy and that's all the channel 🙈😁 and complementary facilities such as an electric water heater kettle should be equipped for the deluxe room class. But overall okay because the service is always friendly. 🥰🙏.

The hotel crew is friendly and warm, the rooms are spacious and clean with a location in the middle of the city, only the room properties need a little rejuvenation. Grand Cepu Hotel, very suitable for family accommodation.

Wifi is not smooth in the room, there is no idol for toothbrushes, the bathroom door lock is broken so the bathroom can't be locked.
