Okay, everything is okay, it doesn't disappoint.

Nice if you're looking for a house instead of a room. Private access, a "kitchen" (there's no stove or anything to cook on though), a table to sit at and a minimalistic sofa to watch TV from. No TV in the bedroom though. Bathroom is ok with a nice shower.

Extend day 2, children don't want to move. Even though the swimming pool is small but private, it is recommended, tomorrow I will extend it again.

Homey .... We really like staying here, besides being cheap, clean, the service is okay, only the breakfast lacks variety. Delicious private & close access to GWK, Pandawa Beach, Tj Benoa, Uluwatu. We extended 3 nights. God willing, if you go to Bali will stay here again. Thank you.

No cleaned towel on Tuesday. Not even collect the dirty towel in everyday. They gave the villa 2 tea cups but no spoon to stir? No coffee on Tuesday, is it because of we had our own (we bought from outside) coffee sachet in the kitchen? I have asked for 1 villa with 2 rooms and another 1 villa with 1 room but why they reserved 2 villas with per each villa 2 rooms? So wasted. The other 1 villa with 1 room was fine because that what I asked. When checking the rooms through phone, they put me to a lot of staff and the last person still don't know the answer. There was a rat A6 room! The rat tried to eat the bread, rat ripped the plastic.

Comfortable like home. Only bathroom 1, it was a fight. The rest is comfortable. Recommended if you bring a family.

The price said it self. It was good, don't expect to have perfect cleanliness and services. The location is good to explore Uluwatu, about 5-10 mins to nearest beach like Melasti, Green Bowl and Pandawa.

The villa is guaranteed to be very good, calm, just info, for access to a little uphill place. It's better to pass the direction of GWK because the incline is reasonable, don't go through Unud because the incline is too high. This advice is for automatic car users, hopefully it helps, the rest is very comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, the price is okay, the location is a bit remote but okay. Okay service, nice villa.

Recommended for families who want to stay and travel to the area of South Sumatra, the villa near GWK, Pandawa Beach, and others. But it is easier to bring a car, because the place is quite inward and rather difficult to find food. For just staying overnight it's really nice here, spacious, clean, quiet and quiet. It's so lonely if the night rada scary. Stay 2 days and clean the room plus change towels.
