The quality of the room is excellence

Accommodation is okay. Room is decent in size and near to some good food location and the bus stop. Many bus to the nearest train station.

The place is really nice, clean and only 10 minutes to the MRT on the paypal.

Check in was smooth and swift. Room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Simply worthed my every penny.

Rooms are nice, spacious, very comfortable. Good quality bed and blanket. Spacious bathroom. The location is near everywhere. Extraordinary! Will definitely stay here again later.

Room is very classic, clean and comfortable

While i enjoyed the stay and found the hotel to be very appealing in design, I was not told or reminded of my deposit when I checked out from the hotel (asked the guy if that was all and he did not say anything). Later when I called, to my surprise I was cut short and was given a defensive respond and a blame game started. I did not want to get into an argument so I asked what I can do now. I was told that I had to go there in person for the deposit money since it can only be returned in cash. It caused a lot of inconvenience since I was staying somewhere else at that time already (took me an hour to get there) and that I had to spend more money to go back just to get my deposit. I was also quite surprised to see the check out guy went the defensive route when I expressed my issue.

5 star for location, there is a nearby fairprice (wholesaler), cheap restaurant, bus stop, mrt stop.

Nice hotel and near traditional food

Clean hotel, close to the center of Malay in Singapore. Perfect for a Ramadhan visit because it is close to the Ramadan Festival

This is my second stay in Aqueen Joo Chiat, and the hotel service never failed me especially Mr. Hamid who welcome us warmly (two thumbs for the service). many halal restaurant nearby the hotel. for transportation, you just need take bus less than 5 minutes to reach the nearest mrt station, Paya Lebar.

Very clean room with enough space to move around freely. I took the deluxe twin room. There's no restaurant in the hotel but has lots of eateries surrounding. Location wise: it's not near the MRT station but the bus station is just in front. It's quite a long walk to the MRT station so we used the bus to get to town. I used to fear taking the bus in Singapore because I wasn't sure where to stop but it's very convenient now with the transport apps which tell you where to alight and stop. This hotel is worth the walk.

Great hotel service, easy to find local food for breakfast. Near to Fare Price supermarket if you needed anything, Very friendly hotel staff, specially the manager, he's very helpful and kind adjusting all we needed, very recommended place to stay with great deal.
