No club traffic jams, delicious food, lots of kids activities, lots of bonuses in the room.. Will come back again 100%!!!

Nice hotel, all staff are friendly. One more thing, maybe it could be better, for breakfast, the taste could be improved, the menu more varied, comfort is already available, cleanliness is also good, the staff is friendly, there are many facilities for kids, the only thing that is lacking is the breakfast menu. Yesterday I ordered fried rice, it was dry, salty, the menu is not extensive.

The staff are incredibly friendly. Every time we meet, we're greeted immediately. There are plenty of swimming pools, so you can choose whichever one you like.

It was a pleasant stay. Everything was great: the facilities, the location, and the friendliness of the staff. The food was varied and delicious.

This Royal Tulip is truly extraordinary. The breakfast arrangement is excellent, with no competition even when it's crowded. The pool is great, with plenty of activities. It's fully equipped for kids. Access to Summarecon is also convenient.

The staff are all friendly, and the package includes a lot of things, and it's very kid-friendly. I'll be back next time.

It was my 2nd time to stay in The Suite and generally was a pleasant stay. I really enjoy the ambiance—the room is very spacious, and as someone traveling with kids, we found the activities enjoyable and family-friendly. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. During this visit, I stayed in a mountain view room. While the view was beautiful and relaxing, the room was not fully soundproof from the main road. There were a few occasions where I was woken up by traffic noise from cars and motorcycles. For light sleepers, I would recommend choosing a garden view room instead. I believe this is something the hotel could improve on to enhance guest comfort in the future. But overall, I would recommend and would love to be back.

Check-in process so late... It will take 45 minutes to check in. Concierge also late, in 1 hour they bring my luggage to the room. And the room with mountain view so noisy, better you take room with garden view.

The hotel staff was very friendly and there were plenty of activities going on. There were plenty of compliments throughout the hotel, and the breakfast was varied. I also received a free room upgrade from the hotel. Highly recommended, and I plan to stay again.

The service was good, the food was good, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the hotel was in a strategic location, but it was still very noisy at night with lots of motorbikes coming from outside. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast menu included fried rice, but it lacked flavor and was too dry, but the other menu items were delicious. I'll be staying at the Royal Tulip again next time.

We had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed the overall experience. The location is very convenient, close to the toll road with wide and easy access. We stayed in a suite, which was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of activities to enjoy during the stay. We also received several nice extras like 100 complimentary balls at the driving range, tea time, and even a family photo session. There were also many activities for kids, which made it great for families. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant food was also very delicious. One small downside is that rooms facing the mountain view can hear some traffic noise from the nearby road since the hotel is located next to it. The restaurant prices are also quite on the expensive side. That said, we were still very satisfied with our stay and would happily come back again.

Recommended hotel for families. Check in on Sunday early (11 am) and the kids can play around while waiting for check in time, it was perfect for the fire fighter activity, then play flying fox and play PS in the kids zone. At 1 am we were informed via WhatsApp that we could check in, all the staff were very friendly, the only downside in my opinion was that the breakfast menu was not very extensive for a hotel as luxurious as this, even the chicken and sausage menu had to be by request, the taste was quite good but needs to be improved 😁

When my child had his birthday, he was given a HBD cake and the room was upgraded to a mountain view studio, thank you Royal Tulip🤗
