The service from the man was very friendly. The broken TV was immediately replaced with a very cold AC, the bathroom was clean and the floor was super dry, awesome!

I stayed in a family room for 4 people, but I only got 2 towels, I asked for extra but it wasn't given, because they said it was standard. # cleanliness, the floor under it is really dirty, cleaning doesn't reach under the bed. (I forgot to take a photo) the fan is really dirty, the blanket is no longer suitable for use. Please pay more attention to cleanliness because that is the main factor. # noted: the rooms are perfumed so the air doesn't smell. Thank You.

Is this a hotel or what is not clear, the rooms are narrow and dirty, the bathroom is very dirty, the AC is not cold, the service is terrible. Don't do it even if you have to.

Everything smells (pillow case, bed sheet, blanket) there is no hot water, the AC is not very cold, the AC remote cannot be used, the TV remote cannot be used.

The receptionist staff is friendly. The hotel is close to a minimarket/ATM (right next door). The room atmosphere is quite comfortable, only the TV channel is problematic, the pillowcase is dirty + smelly (as if it was not washed) so I had to spray a lot of perfume. Overall, with the price of the room, it is worth it to stay here.
