I was disappointed, because I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and had already paid and no refund, when I arrived at the hotel the rooms were full, the reception was not 24 hours so I had to wait for confirmation from phone calls because the security was the one in charge, fortunately I was replaced with a room at another property with the same facilities, just to teach me how to prevent incidents like mine from happening to other customers, as for the other hotel (Sunset Mansion) that I ended up staying at, the service during my stay was good and the place was also better

Very disappointed. The lights go out at night. Many mosquitoes. The water is unstable. In the bathroom the water doesn't go into the drain so it gets muddy and tends to flood. Go to the restaurant for breakfast when the food is empty. Waited a long time to cook food. The menu is very simple and costs 50 thousand for additional children. Where a 4 year old child has to pay in full again. It's loud, it's loud. Facilities and services do not match the name hotel. Kapok.

The room is clean and the mattress is good. But there are no sandals available and the breakfast variety is very minimal. The location is a bit far from the beach and the price is actually expensive compared to locations near Seminyak beach.

Hotelnya nyaman, bagus, bersih, staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Nginep 2 malam dengan membawa 3 anak kecil sangat nyaman. Kamarnya luas. Lokasi strategis. Puas nginep di sini. Next kalo ke Bali dengan keluarga bisa nginep di sini lagi.

Dapet kamar lantai 3 ga ada lift karena lift nya rusak, naik turun bawa-bawa koper ga ada yang bantu. Handuk ga ada di kamar setelah minta, baru dikasih itu pun dikasih 2 padahal pesen extra bed. Kapok nginep di sini.
