hotel is so smelly and the room very small

No towels. Room lights 5W. The car cannot enter the lobby, the elevator is narrow and small, the room is really hot even though there is AC. The room does not use the sensor key but uses manual. Like staying in a guesthouse.

To improve on cleanliness other else were best at its star rating

The hotel is pretty good. Just a shame for the road carrying a large suitcase a bit troublesome because up the stairs. So if you can, make a path to carry the suitcase.

Nice hotel. Near to berjaya times square. Near to mamak’s shop. Toilet also ok. Large room. Aircond nice, no complain.
