Overall experience is ok, I would rate the hotel as 4 star. The receptionist area was not impressive, doesn’t look well maintained. Staff was very courteous and the front counter is always ready to help. Breakfast buffet was ok, not bad but not superb either.

The service staff is very good, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, the view on the 26th floor is very beautiful. The ground floor of the building has a small department store. Overall, I really like it.

The room is spacious & clean. The shuttle boat from Anantara to Saphan Taksim is a good experience.

If you prefer to stay by the river in Bangkok, Avani is a great choice! Spacious rooms with amazing view. The staffs are super friendly! The reason I booked is for their rooftop infinity pool with the million dollar view!

the hotel is in a very great location, just across asiatique overlooking the river and easy access to saphan taksin BTS. Also, the gorgeous infinity pool, spacious bedroom, and nice decor made this hotel one of the memorable ones for me

the room is great ... lot of people and 6000 baht room price ..the room size little bit small and a whole lots of confusing light switching system

Must wait to change the lift. When going to the car park The key card at the hotel gives a problem every time.

Room service is value for money.
