The lobby and parking is in separated building, kinda difficult to understand the layout. The room has cockroach. There is hair left in the toilet. The soap distributer also broken, we need to scoop the soap. Wifi also slow, disconnect few times. However, the room is spacious and comfortable for 3 adult.

A little disappointing. Room was quite old with no heating ( it gets cold up there) ,furniture was uncomfortable but was clean and tidy. Food was ok

Very good place to stay when you are vacation in genting. Very good ambience and surrounding. High place, so you can see mist here. Please wear jacket. So cold. The hotel was goo, clean, and comfortable. We are very enjoy when stay here.

Best accommodation if you go to Genting. The rooms are very spacious. Most importantly, the pool is very nice because it has a roof so that my kids can swim even if it rains.

Honestly, the hotel is very comfortable with clean and cool air, it really makes you feel at home there, but it's a shame that in a hotel that big, guests have to find their own room without being accompanied by staff and are only directed to several towers.
