Maybe the hotel needs renovation, although the price is cheap for a strategic location near Malioboro. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight or just transit.

I stayed here for 2 nights from the initial one for one night. The room is spacious, clean, the bathroom is also clean, there are not many TV channels but they are still watchable. The location is close to everywhere, there is a road to Malioboro which is also less than 5 minutes away. I will stay here again next time.

For the location in the Malioboro area, precisely a few meters walk from behind Beringharjo Market and Vredeburg. Enter the alley, but on the right and left of the hotel are souvenir shops. I like the aroma of the soap 😍😍 there is also a wooden floor so it warms your feet 😍 the various herbs at the breakfast buffet are also interesting and there is a bell boy. For laundry, it would be better if in the future there is information that only regular service is available and also the laundry pick-up schedule starts at x o'clock to x o'clock for example so that guests are not confused. Around the hotel it is a bit difficult to find food that is at least like HokBen or K3Mart, you have to walk a bit further to the Malioboro area. Another interesting thing about this hotel is that there is a mini store for batik and batik cloth 😍😍

The staff is friendly... the food is delicious, check in and check out times are not too strict, you can leave your belongings after checking out.

Good location, close to everything. Initially stayed for a day but ended up staying overnight. There is a shortcut to Malioboro via Pathuk Market. It is also close to Ngasem Market, especially to the bakpia factory, neighboring. Next time I will stay there when there is a discount

The hotel staff is friendly, check in is fast, can check in before 14.00, the room is clean with a view of the city of Yogya.

Overall was a nice pleasant stay, though some little things were missing, like they don't provide a knife at the breakfast table, so how would you spread butter on your toast? No hand soap on the wash basin, and no hand towels been provided.

+ Very friendly staff, good service. - The bathroom smells of urine that can't be removed from the first day of arrival, the road to Malio is far even though people's reviews say it's close, the food for 3 days is the same (fried rice, chicken, noodles) desserts and others are all the same. So staying for 3 days eating the same thing. Even though you add extra breakfast for 70k per person, the food is always the same. 😁

The room and front office are nice, but the AC is not that cool. Breakfast also has various choices.

took the breakfast package, but it's a shame that the children were charged, other hotels don't charge. There's not much breakfast for children either. Why should there be a charge? Rather than wasting it and no one eating. Even though it's a package with breakfast. I was disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast for children. Please pay more attention if children have breakfast, don't be charged additionally.
