When we first entered, the receptionist was not there, so we had to wait. The hotel staff seemed indifferent, paying little attention to the guests who came. The place was comfortable, it was just a shame that for a hotel of its class, the building had to be renovated without leaving its natural elements.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our requests. We stayed in a ground-floor Deluxe room that was spacious, clean, and offered a direct beach view. While the room itself was well maintained, the outdoor area needs serious attention, as the grass was overgrown and there was visible litter. The beachfront swimming pool was beautiful and a highlight of the property. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. Orders took an unreasonably long time to be served, and the taste and quality of both food and beverages were far below expectations, especially for a hotel of this standard. Despite these issues, I truly loved this hotel, enjoyed my stay overall, and would definitely return in the future.

The location is close to the airport, suitable for those who want to leave, but it is far from the city and far from places to eat. The bathroom is very bad, not well maintained, and the bed is also not well maintained, honestly, it is not comfortable to sleep in, but the view is good.

Last time I stayed in 2022, it was still in good condition and clean..this year the cleanliness is lacking and needs a little renovation..same info for those in the back room, if you pass by please don't run around at night..it's really disturbing for those in the front room..

The location is only about 50 meters from Biak Airport, making it perfect for those in transit as it doesn't require transportation costs. However, there are no shopping options around the hotel, so you'll need to use a vehicle if you want to shop.
